Yoga Nidra is a practice that alleviates stress, helps with sleep, and restores the mind and body at the deepest levels through its combined use of relaxation techniques and ancient, archetypal symbols.

I recently treated myself to the set of 8 Nidra meditations developed and led by Julia. I must say that I gave myself the best gift! I am a reasonably seasoned person when it comes to meditation and it's benefits. I don't know how I had overlooked the benefits of Nidra for relaxation and, most importantly for me, a means to sleep! Instead of worrying each night if I will calm myself enough to rest, I tune into one of the recordings and I find myself drifting off during the meditation! I highly recommend treating yourself as I did! We all deserve this! k
